Effective 2026-10-17. These terms govern your use of thehomesteadheroes.com and the services of Homestead Heroes LLC ("Homestead Heroes", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting a request you agree to them.
Homestead Heroes LLC is a commercial loan brokerage. We arrange business-purpose loans secured by investment and commercial real estate, and loans to businesses, through third-party lenders. We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, and do not fund loans. Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend, an offer of credit, or a guarantee of terms. We do not arrange loans secured by owner-occupied primary residences.
Quotes and term sheets come from lenders and are estimates based on the information you provide. They are subject to the lender's underwriting, appraisal, title and credit review and can change. Rates, leverage and fees are set by the lender.
Our compensation is a broker fee disclosed in writing before you commit to a loan. There is no charge to request quotes. You are responsible for third-party costs such as appraisal, title and lender fees as disclosed by the lender.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that we may share it with lenders and service providers to arrange your financing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
By submitting a form you consent to be contacted by phone, text and email about your request as described in the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time.

The site and our services are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homestead Heroes LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the transaction at issue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, on an individual basis, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
